ABOUT ME
I am a self-driven and strategic problem solver, with highly developed communication skills that allow her to connect with individuals across many functional groups. At Katz, Chynna has worked with both the City of Pittsburgh and Army Cyber. She worked as an entrepreneurial consultant for Army Cyber to create a space to collaborate with civilain hackers. This solution was presented to the Commanding General for ArCyber and also at the MORS Symposium. She was also Project Lead for a Six Sigma consulting project for the City of Pittsburgh. Where they created recommdations to decrease the hardware deployment cycle time.
While working as an undergraduate student, she was offered a full-time job with the University. She began working as a Support Analyst within the Financial Information Systems department. She gained extensive experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, application testing, and the creation of external-facing documentation. After a few years, she was promoted to Senior Support Analyst. In this position, she helps to support over 1000 customers with a 99% customer satisfaction rate. She also works as Problem Manager. As Problem Manager, she manages the identification, research, root cause analysis, and resolution of problems.
